The IBH Link IoT module, together with TeamViewer, enables easy access to controls and their programming. It is a compact device for top-hat rail mounting with four Ethernet ports and a 24V power supply. With the newly developed IBH Link IoT gateway and the pre-installed TeamViewer software, it is possible to access almost all PLC systems anywhere and anytime.

The Mitsubishi Electric controllers can access the same range of functions of the OPC UA module. The IBH Link UA now supports the connection of the Rockwell controllers of the ControlLogix and CompactLogix series. The Rockwell Automation controllers can access the same functionality of the OPC UA module. Custom OPC UA variables can also be exchanged for the Rockwell Automation controllers with an MQTT broker / server and thus used for cloud solutions. A special feature of the Rockwell Automation controllers is that the variable tables can be used directly from the controller. No PLC project is required, which means an additional simplification. Communication with the controls takes place via TCP / IP.

The IBH Link UA now also supports the connection of Modbus participants. These can be controllers or any Modbus slaves, eg I / O slaves. EA slaves can also be addressed with the integrated S7 SoftPLC.

IBHsoftec with its SD card version of the OPC UA server now also supports the SIMATIC IOT2000 input / output modules 5xDI 2xAI 2xDO. The input / output modules can easily be activated via the web configurator and are addressed by the integrated S7 SoftPLC. This makes it possible to use the IOT2040 for MES systems, for example on old systems, without having to use an external PLC to collect the data.

The IBH Link UA also contains a SoftPLC. The SoftPLC is able to read and write variables from the OPC UA server. The integrated SoftPLC is used for data preprocessing and is programmed with STEP7® in LAD, FBD, STL, SCL or S7-GRAPH.
